We want you to get the care you deserve.
Individual Counseling
Individual sessions are a space to slow down and check in with yourself. With your therapist as a thoughtful guide, you’ll explore whatever’s on your mind—whether you’re feeling stuck in a pattern you want to change, processing a deeply impactful experience, or exploring questions about who you are.
Your therapist might use mindfulness to help you feel more grounded and present. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy may be used to help you better understand the relationship between your thoughts and emotions. These are only some of the treatments our therapists are skilled in. Whatever you’re carrying , you’ll be met with care that’s shaped around your unique needs.

Relationship Counseling
Relationship counseling is for partners who want a space to come together. Whether you’re navigating conflict, facing a transition, or simply feeling distant, these sessions can help you better understand each other’s needs and strengthen your connection.
Your therapist might focus on attachment styles to help each person understand how they sense their level of connection in relationships. Elements of the Gottman Method may be used to foster better communication and a more profound sense of intimacy. Your therapist is there to guide the relationship towards a deeper understanding of one another.
Family Counseling
Family counseling creates a space for everyone to be heard and understood. Whether you’re facing challenges, navigating changes, or just want to strengthen your family bond, these appointments offer a chance to improve communication and learn how to support each other.
Your therapist might use Family Systems Therapy to help each person see how they both impact and are impacted by others in the family. Aspects of Narrative Therapy can help a family write the story they want to write together. Sessions are a neutral space for the family to be truly seen.

Aetna
Anthem/BCBS
Cigna
Optum
Oscar
Oxford
UnitedHealthcare
Insurance is billed through Headway, a third-party company we contract with to submit claims. We’re happy to check your coverage and copay before you book an appointment.
Please note: As with all insurance billing, a mental health diagnosis is required to utilize benefits, including coverage for relationship and family counseling. This diagnosis becomes part of a person’s health record.
While we do our best to estimate copays, it is the client’s responsibility to know the details of their benefits. Additionally, not all insurance plans cover relationship and family counseling.
We can also provide the necessary paperwork for clients seeking reimbursement from their insurance provider through out-of-network benefits. In these instances, it is the client’s responsibility to file this paperwork with their insurance provider.
A word on financial assistance.
If we are out of network (OON) and you are not seeking reimbursement through OON benefits, clinicians offer a limited number of Pay-What-You-Can spots at their discretion.
If interested, please tell us when you first contact our practice so we can let you know if any spots are available. If any are available, your potential clinician will work directly with you to determine the rate you will pay.
