Dogwood Ridge Counseling is currently seeking two full-time clinicians (18-22 sessions per week) to start on January 4, 2026. These 1099 contract positions are ideal for clinicians seeking the freedom of private practice while benefiting from team support. Our clinicians set and maintain their own schedules and caseloads with referrals provided by the practice. The starting fee split of 60/40 in favor of the clinician increases with caseload, up to a maximum of 70/30. The positions also include individual offices with basic furnishings, insurance credentialing & billing support, regular peer consultation meetings, and digital marketing for clinicians.

Clinicians must be fully licensed at the time of hire. We cannot provide supervision at this time.
